Do you need to return or have a faulty item?  

No matter the issue, please give us a call or send us an email and we will be sure to let you know what options are available.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by? 

Different items have different warranties. If there is an issue with a product, please get it touch.
 

WHERE do items need to be returned to? 

Items can be returned to your closest office, Lane Cove West, NSW or Brisbane, QLD.
 

CREDIT for returns? 

Any returns can be refunded to your selected payment method or alternatively it can be stored as account credit for use on your next order.
 

HOW do customers return items? 

Make contact with us and we can discuss the issue and let you know how you need to proceed. Certain items need to be returned, others we can issue replacements.
