I can’t find a product on your website, do you stock it?
Chances are we do, or we have something similar. Send us an email and even if we don’t have it, we will try our best to locate it for you.
How do I check if an item is in stock?
If the button shows “add to cart” the item is in stock, if it shows “backorder” it means we have it on order or we will need to order it in

How fast do you ship?
Provided we have everything in stock we aim to ship within 1 business days after payment is received.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Absolutely! List your preference when you “Check Out” and we will make sure to price accordingly.
Do you need a Quote?
Do you need a formal quote in order to raise a Purchase Order? Why not use our automatic quote function online. Simply add the items to your cart, click “Cart”, then “View Cart”. This will take you to your “Shopping Cart” page and then in the top left you will see the “Create Quote From Cart” button and follow the prompts to fill-in your information. Once completed the formal Quote will be emailed directly to you.
